Each individual is only permitted to register and hold one (1) RM77 account that are active. Holding multiple accounts — whether under different names, phone numbers, email addresses or payment methods — is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your RM77 account login credentials, including your username and password. Do not share your login details with anyone. RM77 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact the RM77 support team immediately. RM77 reserves the right to suspend an account for security investigation purposes in such cases.

All financial transactions on the RM77 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods are:

RM77 reserves the right to hold or suspend any withdrawal request that requires additional verification for security, fraud prevention or compliance purposes. In such cases, RM77 will contact the member via their registered details for verification. Withdrawals placed on hold due to an active investigation will not be automatically cancelled.

The withdrawal method must match or be related to the deposit method used, for anti-money laundering purposes. RM77 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.

RM77 offers a range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a welcome bonus for new members, weekly cashback, special promotions during major sporting seasons, and a loyalty programme. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Wagering Requirement: Every bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotional terms.
• 150% Welcome Bonus: Available to new RM77 members making their first deposit. Bonus of up to RM1,500 is subject to the specified wagering requirements. This bonus may only be claimed once per member.

• All bets that have been placed and confirmed by the RM77 system are final and cannot be reversed by members, except under special circumstances stated in the specific terms of the relevant market.
• Sports Betting results are based on official official as announced by the relevant sporting body, league, or organisation. Results confirmed by the governing body will be applied even where media coverage differs.
• Odds displayed on the RM77 platform are accurate at the time of display. RM77 does not guarantee that odds will remain unchanged from the time a bet is placed until the match begins, except for bets that have already been submitted and confirmed.

• Confirmation that a member is under 18 years of age.
• Activity indicative of fraud, money laundering, or misconduct.
• A self-exclusion request made by the member.
• Any other reason deemed necessary by RM77 to protect the interests of the platform or other members.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the RM77 support team. Any valid balance in the account will be returned to the member via a suitable payment method once all required verifications are complete, subject to any applicable bonus terms.

RM77 provides the betting platform on an "as is" basis, without any warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law:

You are not permitted to copy, redistribute, republish, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the RM77 platform without prior written consent from RM77. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

RM77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the RM77 website.
